I was madly in love with Hiei when I first started watching YYH in 2003 at 13yrs old. I dont love him anymore because he seem to be with Mukuro. THAT BITCH.

When I was a teenager, I had no friends and was very lonely. Hiei gave me a reason to be happy and honestly saved my life. I owe him my life and he will always be my hero

Hiei was my first anime crush. I saw my first episode when I was 8 years old. Over ten years later, he is still my strongest anime crush.
I really hate the Poltergeist Report, it feels like blasphemy to the entire series.

I think that “The Beautiful Suzuka” was much more threatening and interesting as an old man.
HieixKurama got me into yaoi. At first I was very creeped out and disturbed by it. Now i absolutley love it!!

I would be attracted to Hiei even if he went around in his demon form all the time. He makes me laugh and I think his personality is brilliant (even though I’m a bit more than quite sure it would be unrequited).

I don’t understand why Keiko gets so much hate. She’s a bit naggy, yeah, but what teenage girl isn’t at some point? To me she’s unbelievably strong for sticking by Yusuke despite everything that happens, and continuing to live her life when he’s gone instead of pining away for him.
Originally when I watched the show Kurama was my favorite, but when I found out about Yukina and Hiei has been my favorite ever since. Hiei will forever be my favorite anime character.
